400g of Small Pasta (I used Shells, cooked following packet instructions)
1 Cup of Diced Bacon
4 Spring Onions (thinly sliced)
2 Small Carrots (grated)
2 x 125g Cans of Sweet Corn (drained)
2/3 Cup of Garlic Aioli (or Whole Egg Mayo)
1/3 Cup of Sour Cream
Salt and Pepper
